We aim to process and ship all orders within 24–48 hours of placement.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details. You can follow your package’s journey directly on our delivery partner’s website, or conveniently track it anytime through the “Track Your Order” section at the bottom of our page.

Most orders get delivered within 5-7 days. Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the destination and courier.
All orders are shipped with a secure, tracked delivery method.
We offer free shipping on all orders. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.
Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Certain remote locations may incur an additional delivery surcharge, which will be displayed at checkout after entering your shipping address.
If your order qualifies for free shipping, the surcharge may still apply for remote areas.
Order Processing Times
During busy periods or promotional events, please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email, and you can also track your order anytime through the “Track Your Order” section at the bottom of our page.
We process orders Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following business day.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days at support@getmontelle.com and include photos of the damage so our team can assist you further.
We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible. Once your return has been shipped from your local postal office, it is sent to our consolidation hub and then forwarded to our warehouse for inspection.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and may vary depending on your chosen courier and the country of return.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
This email includes your order number (a minimum of six digits), an order summary, and your shipping address.
If you don’t see the confirmation in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder — sometimes, automated messages can end up there by mistake.
If you’ve checked all folders, waited a short while, and verified that your email address was entered correctly but still haven’t received a confirmation, please contact our customer support team at support@getmontelle.com.
Include your full name and, if available, your order number, and our team will help verify your order and resend the confirmation email if needed.
